The TV series Agnifera follows the lives of Vishu, Anurag, Shristi, and Ragini. The 259th episode which aired on 19th of March revolved around the separation of the two couples with
a heart-wrenching twist.
The episode began with Shristi (Simran Kaur) putting all her efforts to pull up Vishu (Mohak Khurana) who is hanging from a cliff. Vishu is pushed from the cliff by the contract killer hired by Shekar. With Vishu losing his grip, he asks her to take care of herself and falls down below into a water body.
Meanwhile, in their house, Revathi (Amita Choksi), Dulaari(Anuradha Singh) wakes up from a bad dream and are certain about a mishap. Shristi is unable to bear the loss of Vishu and she reminisces the love that they had journeyed through till date. She is not ready to live without him and decides to jump down the cliff when people around her catch her and save her. Revathi is worried about Shristi and Vishu and asks Dulari if they had returned. Dulari isn’t certain about their return but tells Revathi that Ragini (Yukti Kapoor) has packed her bags and decided to leave Anurag (Ankit Gera).
Revathi is happy about the couple separating from each other. Anurag runs behind Ragini trying to convince her when the manager appears in front of them with the news about the mishap.
Anurag runs to the spot hoping the news is wrong. But Shristi is sitting there wailing and the spot had been cordoned-off by the police. Anurag asks the inspector about the whereabouts of Vishu. The inspector is skeptical about the situation of Vishu. The moment the inspector calls Vishu 'A dead body', Anurag loses his calm and shouts at the inspector hoping that he’s still alive.
Shristi believes that Anurag is still alive. She’s certain that he must have escaped the fall. But to her surprise, Dulari says Vishu doesn’t know swimming when Shristi asks if he does. The
search for the body begins and the police skim the entire water body. The police reveal that a body was found. The family prays that their worst fear shouldn’t come true. As the body in the
stretcher approaches the spot, the tension builds up. But it turns out to be the dead body of the killer who pushed Vishu.
Shristi identifies the killer and still hopes Vishu is alive. Vishu’s father Vidhvaan (Sunil Singh) calls up Revathi to find out what’s wrong. Revathi gives the phone to Anurag, who hesitates to inform about the mishap. Unable to understand what has gone wrong, Divya (Shalu Shreya) calls up Ragini. Ragini picks up the call and asks her to hand over the phone to Vidhvaan. Vidhvaan uncertain about what happened gets the phone only to find out that Vidhvaan had died and falls down in the shock.
